Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. At this time, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90).

Payment when Shipping and Billing Address is different:
If your order has a different shipping and billing address, you may place the order using a verified PayPal account.
If you don't use a verified Paypal account when placing an order with different shipping and billing address, our fraud analysis system might automatically cancel the order within 24 hours.
We may contact you to verify your identity and list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order won't be processed until your payment is confirmed to prevent fraudulent use of your card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address with your financial institution before you submit your order shipping to an alternate address helps us process your order quickly and more confidently.
Perfumes LA will be collecting sales tax in every state based on The U.S. Supreme Court ruling that companies are responsible for collecting sales tax even if they are not located in your state.
Customers without a tax certificate on file will be charged sales tax based on the order's ship-to address.
To avoid paying sales tax on materials, you buy from us and resell, you must have a current valid tax certificate/Sellers/Resellers Permit on file.

Your bank will be able to let you know why your card was declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank.
Billing and shipping addresses need to match, or your order will be auto declined. You may use a verified Paypal account to ensure your payments do not get declined for shipping/billing mismatch issues.
Refund after Order Cancellation:
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Your Banking Institution controls the speed of return from that point onwards. After that, we have no control over when you will receive your refund.
In general, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted by your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days of the refund notification, please check with your bank or credit card company.
