Shipping policy

All orders have a 2-day handling time to process and pack.

All orders are triple-checked for accuracy and secure packaging standards.

UPS/FedEx shipping times are calculated from the time the order was shipped after handling time.

Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

All orders require a Signature Upon Delivery.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery unless specified otherwise. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.

The shipping price is automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and your address.

All Orders require a Signature Upon Delivery, and this requirement cannot be removed. We do this to ensure that the package gets to you safely.

You must be available to sign in person. If you are not home to sign for a direct or adult signature, the courier will leave a door tag or reattempt delivery.

Repeated miss-delivery attempts will result in your order being returned with additional charges and delay for reshipment.

If your order has a different shipping and billing address, you may place the order using PayPal.

If you don't use Paypal when placing an order with different shipping and billing address, our fraud analysis system might automatically cancel the order within 24 hours.

We are unable to change the shipping address once your order is placed.

We currently do not ship internationally.

We currently do not offer in-store pickups for online orders.
