We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging unless otherwise posted.

Large quantity, discounted wholesale products purchased directly from our website are non-refundable.

All orders must be inspected upon receipt.

Canceling Your Order

Order cancellations are welcome, but you can only do so while the order is not shipped yet.

You may contact us within 24 hours to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will cancel it within 24 hours. Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed. 

Changing Your Order

We are unable to make any changes to an existing order. However, if you place a new order that can be shipped with your existing order, usually within 24-hours, we will prorate you the shipping cost on your new order to a newer consolidated shipping cost.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

All claims for damages or missing merchandise need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order using our online claims form.

We will refund or replace defective or damaged merchandise at our discretion. 

Perfumes Los Angeles is not responsible for issues reported after seven (7) days.

We will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse. 

We will send a replacement of damaged merchandise only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Perfumes Los Angeles within ten (10) days of receipt for inspection.

Missing Merchandise:

We will replace or provide a credit for missing merchandise after reviewing our warehouse camera systems. Claim for missing merchandise must be reported by submitting our online Claims Form within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Perfumes Los Angeles is not responsible for issues reported after 48 hours.

Refused or Undelivered Shipments

Perfumes Los Angeles will impose a minimum of 20% and up to a 35% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for refused or undeliverable shipments.

How to report a Claim

  1. Go to or click the link to Submit Online Claims form to receive a Claim Number. Save this number for future reference when you call or email us regarding this claim.  
  2. Once you submit the form, you will be contacted by our Claims Department within 24-48 hours on the next steps.

In the claim form, we ask you to include a suggested resolution, this does not guarantee that the resolution will be exactly as you mentioned. When we review the claim, we take your suggested resolution into consideration and make a decision based on our company policy. 

If your claim gets approved, you will then receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #). 

    Claim Number & Returns Authorization Number

    All product returns must be processed with a Claim Number. The claim number is a receipt of claim submission and does not guarantee that your claim has been approved.

    When we review your claim and find that the claim meets our company returns policy, we will approve it and assign a Returns Authorization Number (RA#)

    No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA #.

    To request a Claim Number for an item that you have purchased within the past 48 hours, please use our Claims Form.

    Please include the Claim and Return Authorization number on the outside of the package you're returning and/or on the invoice included with your original order. This will help expedite the Return & Claims process.
